Moto Edge 40 Neo 5G officially teased, tipped to launch on September 15th TipTechBlog

The Moto Edge 40 Neo has been a part of various leaks that revealed its design and specifications. This comes after the brand debuted the Moto G54 and Moto G84 5G phones in the country.

• The teaser shared by the Romanian arm of the company reads, “Enter the world of colours. Find out more on September 14th.”
• Another teaser video posted on X by the global division shows the Moto Edge 40 Neo will have dual-camera sensors on the back along with an LED flash.

• The speaker grill, Type-C port, primary microphone and SIM tray section are at the bottom.
• The design in the teaser, although a short glimpse, looks similar to the leaked Moto Edge 40 Neo renders.
• We can expect an official announcement about the Edge 40 Neo soon.
• This comes after the handset has been spotted on the FCC certification and Geekbench.
  

Moto Edge 40 Neo price, colour options (expected)

The Moto Edge 40 Neo’s price is tipped to be €399 (roughly Rs 35,900) and is expected to be available in Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea colour options.

• Display: The Moto Edge 40 Neo is tipped to feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout and narrow bezels. 
• Processor: The Motorola phone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 SoC.
• RAM and Storage: The chipset is paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
• OS: The handset is likely to boot Android 13 out-of-the-box.
• Cameras: As for the cameras, the Moto Edge 40 Neo is said to house a 50MP primary sensor and a 13MP secondary sensor. There could be a 32MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.
• Battery: There could be a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging support. 
• Connectivity: 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
• Others: The Moto Edge 40 Neo is tipped to come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
